With immediate effect (from 08 July 2013) the tenure for all Personal Financing products in Malaysia will be restricted to
maximum 10 years,
following the recent change of guidelines and announcement made by Bank
Negara Malaysia (BNM) to reinforce a responsible lending practice
amongst all financial institutions. This new guideline by BNM applies to
all Malaysian Banks and Koperasi !
