Following
to the recently announcement made by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) on the
new rules to restrict maximum Personal Financing tenure, loan tenure for
all packages will be capped for 10 years effective Today (08/07/2013). This step is in line with BNM to reinforce the responsible lending practice among financial institutions.
