Message from MBSB:
With immediate effect, MBSB is going to include existing MBSB financial
commitment (i.e. Mortgage or Hire Purchase financing with MBSB) into
Personal Financing calculator. The said Mortgage and Hire Purchase
instalment will be added as part of current total deduction in the
calculator. For the existing customers with Non-Performing Financing
(NPF) account of Mortgage or Hire Purchase financing, their Personal
Financing application will be rejected accordingly.
Please refer below sample for your better understanding;
ILLUSTRATION:
Basic Salary : 3,000.00
Fixed Allowance : 500.00
Total : 3,500.00
LESS:
Monthly Repayment
Payslip deduction : 200.00
MBSB- Housing Loan : 450.00
MBSB- Hire Purchase : 600.00
Financing Commitment: 35.71% (current position before additional financing)
